If you purchased our products from another retailer (e.g., Amazon), their own delivery times and return policies apply.

Paperbacks

Paperbacks are typically printed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Because our books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or personal preference.

Preordered books may be canceled for a full refund before the cancellation deadline listed on the product page. To request a refund on a preordered book, you may use the form below.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us using the form below within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a description of the issue. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a claim is valid, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion. To help us evaluate your request, please include as much detail as possible when submitting your claim.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to discuss the next steps. If the book can be resent, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If a replacement copy is required, additional charges may apply.

DigitaI Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased ebooks or frameworks once they have been delivered. This includes customer-initiated requests such as purchasing the wrong title, accidental purchases, or changes of mind.
